Stay in Safari

AnyVideoDownload runs in the mobile browser. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, paste a supported link, and use Get Download Links. You do not add a home-screen app for the basic tool to work.

Save the file

iOS handles downloads through Safari.

  1. In the source app, tap Share and Copy Link.
  2. Open AnyVideoDownload in Safari and tap Paste, or press and hold the field and choose Paste.
  3. Tap Get Download Links and wait for the preview.
  4. Tap a Download button if one is shown. Safari saves the MP4 to the Downloads folder in the Files app.
  5. If the video opens in a player instead, use the share sheet there and choose Save to Files when iOS offers it.

Limits on a phone are the same as on a computer

Private posts, YouTube files, and stream-only videos follow the same rules as desktop. Read the troubleshooting guide if the button is missing.
